Last week I had the chance to dust off my dinner jacket and head down to Ashton Gate Stadium for the 2017 South West Contact Centre Forum Awards.
Opinion8 was one of the award sponsors. This meant I got to share the stage with Jimmy Carr & bestow some well deserved awards.
Congratulations to NCC CRiS for winning the Best Use of Technology Category
...and to Echo Managed Services who won outsourced contact centre of the year.
It was great to see everybody's hard work recognised and celebrated at such a fantastic event - a testimony to the talent at work in the South West's contact centres.
